Please select the tab corresponding to the certificate you wish to apply for.
The deadline to apply for Spring certification for early evaluation is April 4th! The final deadline for applications is May 31st. If at the end of the semester you find yourself ineligible for the certificate that you applied for, you are able to re-apply for the same certificate in future semesters.

Level I Certification of Proficiency – Biotech Lab Assistant
***The application for the Laboratory Assistant Certificate I has changed. An application must be
submitted to Admission and Records by clicking on the link below.
