Internship course offered at Fullerton College!

The BIOL297 F Course allows students to gain experience in a governmental agency, university, research institute, clinical or biosciences-related industry. The student is ultimately responsible to find the internship, but the faculty advisor will work with the student to guide them through the process.

 

Genentech Community College Manufacturing Internship Program, Summer 2025

Location: Oceanside, CA

Application Closes: November 29, 2025

Dates: 12-weeks

Schedule: 40 hours/ week

Pay: Paid Internship

Our program is designed to foster diversity in our talent pipeline and to expose students from underrepresented groups to STEM career paths. The goal of the program is to train entry-level candidates with skills that will enable them pursue a career in the biopharma industry. 

2025 UCLA Public Health Scholars Training

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Application Closes: January 31, 2025

Schedule: June 22 to August 16, 2025

Internship Term: 8-weeks

Pay: 4,000 stipend

This summer program is designed for undergraduate students and recent graduates to explore the field of public health through hands-on training, interactive workshops, group events, volunteering, and leadership development.

CSUF- Undergraduate Research Experience (URE) 2025

Location: Cal State Fullerton

Application Closes: March 10, 2025

Dates: June 16- August 8, 2025 (8-weeks)

Schedule: 40 hours/ week

Pay: $5,000 stipend available to eligible students

Selected students will gain first-hand experience in scientific investigation in a dynamic, collaborative research environment. Students will be matched with CSUF faculty who will provide training and support. In addition to research, participants will create a research poster and present their findings.

Enthalpy Analytical- Laboratory Intern 2024 Program

Location: Orange, CA

Schedule: 40 hours/week during school breaks, 20 hours/week during semester

Internship Term: 6 months

Pay: $16.00/hour

Enthalpy Analytical, is part of the larger organization, Montrose Environmental Group, is comprised of over 9 laboratories servicing air, water, soil, and toxicity testing.  Regulations drive the need for our services, but our unique capabilities allow us to add value to clients beyond environmental compliance.

 

Medical Intelligence & Innovation Institute Summer Internship

Application Opens on 2/1/2025

Students will have the opportunity to be under mentorship, participate in AI in medicine to explore the newest and updated innovations, hands-on clinical workshop, shadow physicians in rotations.

Environmental Science Intern-Summer 2025

Location: Irvine, CA

 Students will have the opportunity to expand their engineering technical skills and knowledge with mentorships and collaboration.  They will be able to participate in field activities, makes observations, preparing required field and office reports.
